The Burnaby Sports Hall of Fame is excited about the City of Burnaby providing a prominent place to inform Burnaby residents and visitors about the proud history and future of the city’s thriving sports community in its new Burnaby Lake Aquatics and Arena project.

The Burnaby Minor Hockey product captained teams in Washington, Montreal and Vancouver during his 15-year National Hockey League career. Won the Stanley Cup with Montreal in 1986, where he spent nine seasons.

During his minor hockey days, led his Burnaby peewee team to the Provincial finals and through to the prestigious Quebec Tournament. Following his retirement from hockey in 1993, he became a well respected hockey commentator and motivational speaker.
